Hi, I’m Rachel — the heart and hands behind Creativ3 Cactus Designs.
My apothecary began long before I ever poured a salve or blended a roller. For years, I lived with chronic health challenges that shaped much of my daily life, and I found myself searching for gentler, more natural ways to care for myself and feel more connected to my body. That curiosity eventually led me to herbalism — slowly at first, and then all at once.
As I learned to work with plants, I discovered something unexpected: the process itself became grounding. As an AuDHD witch navigating sensory overload, anxiety spikes, and emotional burnout, growing, blending, and creating with herbs gave me a way to slow down, reconnect with myself, and find moments of comfort and clarity when everything felt too loud or too heavy.
Creativ3 Cactus Designs is the result of that journey.
Today, I create small-batch herbal goods, crystal jewelry, and nature-inspired pieces with care and intention. My work is shaped by:
• thoughtfully selected botanicals and ingredients
• slow, hands-on crafting methods
• a love of crystals, plants, and the natural world
• neurodivergent-centered self-care
• grounding, creativity, and everyday moments of connection
Everything I make is rooted in things I genuinely enjoy using in my own daily life. I create with comfort, grounding, focus, and gentle self-care in mind, and my hope is that these pieces can become small moments of support, intention, or softness in someone else’s day too.
