Hi, I’m Rachel — the heart and hands behind Creativ3 Cactus Designs.
My apothecary began long before I ever poured a salve or blended a roller. For years, I struggled with chronic health issues and was constantly searching for gentler, more natural ways to manage pain, inflammation, and the symptoms that shaped my daily life. That search led me to herbal medicine — slowly at first, and then all at once.
​​As I learned to work with plants, I discovered something unexpected: the remedies that soothed my body also helped steady my mind. As an AuDHD witch navigating sensory overload, anxiety spikes, and emotional burnout, herbs became a grounding force. They offered comfort, clarity, and a way to reconnect with myself when everything felt too loud or too heavy.
